The distinctive pleasantly tart aroma of hibiscus is complemented by the flavors of fruits such as apple, plum, apricot, sour cherry, mulberry, and orange, while spices like cardamom, cinnamon, clove, and ginger lend the beverage its characteristic notes. Inspired by traditional sherbet culture, this special recipe has been reinterpreted with a modern beverage concept.

The story of Ola Hibiscus Berry is rooted in the journey of Mapa Kuruyemiş, which began in 2000 in Kartal, Istanbul.

Driven by the goal of offering consumers reliable, high-quality, and premium products, the experience gained over time in nuts and dried fruits inspired new product concepts.

The Pectin Project, initiated in 2018 with the support of TÜBİTAK, laid the foundation for Ola Hibiscus Berry. Following approximately 2 years of R&D and tasting trials reaching 300,000 people, the product's unique flavor profile was perfected.

Today, we continue our production at our facility in the Malatya Organized Industrial Zone. As a local brand, we aim to bring Ola Hibiscus Berry to wider audiences in Turkey and global markets.
